After an initial consultation, I will create a customized selection of entrees for you, based on your own food preferences, tastes and requirements. Your entrees may be chosen from my menu, or could include your own family favorites as well. On your scheduled cook date, I shop for your groceries, and the freshest produce, meats and seafoods. I then prepare, cook and package your delicious meals for enjoyment at your convenience. All you need to do is heat and serve! We are all busier than ever, and finding the time to relax and enjoy a healthy home-made dinner has become increasingly difficult. It is estimated that at least 10 hours per week are devoted to meal preparation! Consider the time spent at the market, unloading and storing groceries, slicing, dicing and cooking, and then having to scrub pots and pans too! Consider the benefits of reclaiming all that time as your own!Consider the ease of eating healthy meals, made with wholesome foods without added "mystery" ingredients, like stablizers, preservatives, food coloring! For your entertaining needs, having a personal chef can be the perfect solution for those smaller gatherings that caterers to larger affairs can not accomodate. Whether its a romantic dinner for two, a dinner party for eight, or a buffet for 30, I am happy to prepare delicious dishes so that you can relax and have fun with your guests!
